FEES & REFERRALS

While there are multiple rebates available for those with referrals from their doctor, you do not need a referral for us to work together. My fees for psychological services are outlined below and are to be paid at time of consultation. Any eligible rebates are applied to these fees.

MY FEES

Individual therapy: $160 per session.

Group therapy: $45 per session.

Telehealth: $160 per session.

ADHD assessments: $900. This includes two Medicate-rebated sessions and a full report.

Rebates you may be eligible for:

Medicare: To access Medicare rebates, your GP or psychiatrist can provide a mental health care plan. Medicare currently provides a rebate of $96.65 per session for up to ten session per year.

Private Health: A range of private health insurance funds provide rebates for psychological services. Please contact your insurance provider for more information about your particular policy.

Department of Veteran Affairs: Services are bulk billed for holders of a DVA Gold Card who have a referral from their doctor. Holders of a DVA White Card may also be eligible. Please check with the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Work Cover: With a referral from your doctor and an accepted Work Cover claim, all costs will be billed to Work Cover directly.

NDIS: With an NDIS treatment plan that includes psychological services to work on and achieve your NDIS goals, all fees will be covered by the NDIS.

No-show fees:

No-Show Fees are charged if you miss your appointment. A missed appointment is when a client does not turn up for their scheduled appointment and does not contact the practice to cancel the appointment. This may incur a full session fee and payable prior to your next appointment.

Why is this Fee charged?
No-Show Fees apply as this time has been specifically allocated to you and can therefore not be utilised by anyone else.
Medicare and DVA will not pay for missed appointments therefore the fee will be payable by the client.
